Because we have different partners with a diverse set of needs, some products may be shipped or returned differently than a pair of Thursday boots. Shipping and returns / exchanges for Filson products are handled the same way as they would be for a pair of Thursday boots. All Filson products are shipped to you directly from our warehouse by Thursday Boot Company, and you can process returns or exchanges for Filson products through our online portal.

Shipping and returns / exchanges for Kato products are handled by Kato brand. All Kato products are shipped to you directly from Kato's warehouse, and you can process returns or exchanges for Kato products by contacting their customer support.
Please note that we cannot currently accommodate address changes or order cancellations for Kato products, but you are welcome to return or exchange these according to the established return policies!
International shipping is currently not offered for Kato products.
