We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for products in unworn, undamaged, re-sellable condition.
Customers within the contiguous U.S. may use our online portal to select which product(s) you would like to return or exchange and create a shipping label. If you have questions or need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.
Please note that certain item bundles (including accessories and shoe care) may not be eligible for return through our online portal. If you need to return or exchange a bundle and are not able to do so through our portal, please email us to get started on a return or exchange.
Customers who purchased in-store or who are outside of the contiguous U.S. should send us an email to start a return/exchange, and we'll get you taken care of as soon as possible!
