International Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs to Canada are calculated in tiers based on the order total. Those tiers are as follows:

Shipments to Canada typically take up to 10 business days to arrive. While most orders will arrive sooner than 10 business days, timing can vary and in rare cases may take longer than expected. We don't currently offer expedited shipping to Canada.

Please note that the status on your tracking number can take some time to change while your package is en route to Canada and going through customs. When checking the status of your delivery using the tracking number, be sure to check on the secondary tracking number provided on the tracking page as well. Most packages get handed over to your local carrier close to the final delivery date.

Canada Returns / Exchanges

You may exchange or return your items as long as:

• Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
• Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

While we are not able to refund duties, taxes, or shipping costs for international orders, it’s important to us that you love your Thursdays, which is why we offer exchanges for a flat fee based on the price of the item you’d like to exchange.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may be charged additional VAT and/or duties by their local government when sending their items back to our warehouse.

The cost for international orders, including shipping rates and applicable duties and taxes, varies by country and is calculated at checkout. If duties and taxes are collected, a message will confirm this in the checkout process.

For orders where duties and taxes are not collected in the checkout process, these charges will be paid by the customer upon delivery. Orders denied by the customer will be shipped back to the seller and will be subject to a USD$15 restocking fee.

International shipments typically take up to 10-15 business days to arrive, but may take longer due to local market conditions. We don't currently offer expedited shipping internationally.
