If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right allows you to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods; where your order is delivered in more than one shipment, it begins on the day you receive the last item.

Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must arrange and pay for the return shipment using a carrier of your choosing. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
We will issue your refund, including the original cost of standard delivery, no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of your withdrawal. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery, we will refund delivery costs only up to the cost of that standard option, and we will refund using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send the goods back no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return the goods after this period, your withdrawal remains valid, but we may continue to withhold your refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
This right applies to eligible purchases made through our store, subject to the exceptions set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including certain personalized goods, perishable goods, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and certain digital content.
Independently of your right of withdrawal, the goods we supply are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy — generally repair or replacement, and where appropriate a price reduction or refund — for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. This legal guarantee is provided free of charge and does not affect your right of withdrawal.
