If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right generally allows you to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must arrange and pay for the return shipment using a carrier of your choosing. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
We will issue your refund no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send the goods back no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you do not do so, your withdrawal request may be denied and any return of the goods will be subject to our standard return policy.
This right applies to eligible purchases made through our store, subject to the exceptions set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including certain personalized goods, perishable goods, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and certain digital content.
