Shipping To the UK
Shipping costs to the United Kingdom are calculated in tiers based on the order total. Those tiers are as follows:

Shipments to the UK typically take up to 10 business days to arrive. While most orders will arrive sooner than 10 business days, timing can vary and in rare cases may take longer than expected. We don't currently offer expedited shipping to the UK.
Please note that the status on your tracking number can take some time to change while your package is en route to the UK and going through customs. When checking the status of your delivery using the tracking number, be sure to check on the secondary tracking number provided on the tracking page as well. Most packages get handed over to your local carrier close to the final delivery date.
In the UK, all applicable duties & taxes are included in the product price. This ensures there are no surprise fees when your package arrives, so you can focus on how good you look (and feel) in your new Thursdays!
United Kingdom Returns / Exchanges

While we are not able to refund duties, taxes, or shipping costs for international orders, it’s important to us that you love your Thursdays, which is why we offer exchanges for a flat fee based on the price of the item you’d like to exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may be charged additional VAT, tariffs, and/or duties by their local government when sending their items back to our warehouse.
To get started on a return or exchange, please visit our online portal. If you would like to make an exchange, please select Store Credit in the online portal, then send us an email with your order number and tracking information for the package you're sending back to our warehouse. We'll send out your replacement order as soon as possible!
